Community Web Branding Competition
KnowledgeOman.com, the country’s leading community and knowledge sharing portal, is bringing the community an exclusive opportunity to take part in designing a new interface for the portal, aligned with its branding and community vision. KnowledgeOman.com enjoys a competitive advantage in the country, with a quality rich portal and community projects, and continues to make progress by setting out to further empower its brand with a new web design that reflects its nation-building role. As a community driven project, the new design of the KnowledgeOman.com portal will be driven by the members themselves in a web branding competition.
Talal Al Farsi, Technical Manager at KnowledgeOman.com, said, “With our web branding competition, members have the opportunity to play a major role in the development of KnowledgeOman.com by designing a portal that represents us as a one stop destination for all knowledge-seekers and a knowledge-hub of various initiatives and projects. The KnowledgeOman.com branding web design competition runs from December 5th to December 23rd 2009. The design must reflect the color theme of the winning KO logo in a refreshing branded approach with a clean innovative design and ease of navigation. Everyone is welcome to participate and showcase their talent by registering as a member at www.knowledgeoman.com and taking part. The winner will be announced in January 2010 and honored with a prize and a certificate of excellence by the KO President Tariq Al Barwani.
